Pete Sessions votes "no" to fighting HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria

In an overwhelmingly bi-partisan vote, Congress passed H.R. 5501, the Tom Lantos and Henry J. Hyde United States Global Leadership Against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Reauthorization Act. Pete Sessions voted no. See Roll Call 158.
